3. Client-Side Errors: If the client provides incorrect information during the submission process, resulting in an inaccurate document, corrections will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Additional fees may apply to reprocess and update the document.
4. Cancellation Policy: Orders may be canceled within a limited timeframe following payment confirmation, typically within 24 hours. After this period, production may have already begun, and the order may be ineligible for cancellation or full refund.

Refund Conditions

1. Service-Related Issues: If Documents Broker is unable to deliver a document due to our internal limitations, we will issue a full refund of any payments made. Refunds in this category are provided within 7–10 business days.
2. Order Dissatisfaction: For cases where customers are dissatisfied with the final product due to unforeseen circumstances, refunds may be granted at the discretion of our management team, depending on the nature of the complaint.
3. Partial Refunds: In certain cases where partial services have been rendered, Documents Broker reserves the right to offer a partial refund that reflects the services not yet delivered.
4. Non-Refundable Situations: Refunds are not issued for the following:
   • Orders processed according to the customer’s submitted specifications.
   • Orders completed and delivered as per the agreed timelines and quality standards.
   • Client-side errors or oversights.

How to Request a Refund

2. Processing Time: Once we receive your refund request, our team will evaluate the situation based on the terms outlined above. You will receive an email notification regarding the outcome of your request within 7–10 business days.
3. Refund Timeline: Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the decision. Refunds are issued via the original payment method (e.g., Bitcoin, Ethereum, Monero, Litecoin, or Bitcoin Cash).
